Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for all aspects of data collection, industry research, concordance mapping and quality for third party concordance data
• Collects, analyzes, interprets and verifies information from a variety of sources for inclusion in a number of database formats
• Responsible for all content maintenance, including updating existing information, adding new companies, executing quality assurance procedures and resolving data accuracy issues
• Analyze information from a variety of third party sources and determine how that matches the company’s database, mapping a relationship between the two
• Take process direction from the Team Leader, Quality Control Analyst and Content Manager
• Achieve and maintain target levels for production and quality
• Maintain all data collection efforts according to established guidelines and benchmarks
• Communicate issues and concerns with Team Leader and Quality Control Analyst
• Perform ad-hoc research projects as assigned by the Content Manager
• Respond in a timely manner to e-mails, RPD’s, and other issues
• Ensure errors are fixed in a timely manner
