Registered Nurse Required in Dubai
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing care to patients while adhering to compliance standards. This candidate should be able to recognize patient needs and prioritize those needs with the needs outlined by physicians.
Responsibilities
Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by the physicians
Provide care education to patients in person or over the phone
Identifies patient care requirements; by establishing a personal rapport with potential and actual patients, and other persons in a position to understand care requirements.
Assure quality of care by adhering to the high therapeutic standards and measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards.
Protects patients and employees; by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.
Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Qualifications
Must be a Registered Professional Nurse with current licensure (DOH/HAAD, DHA)

Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) at Florenc Home Health Care Services Center L.L.C. will work in all branches and other related facilities owned by the proprietors and per policies.
The RN provides and coordinates patient home nursing care and beside the basic nursing duties, the RN plans and executes the patient home nursing care plan in accordance with the physician’s recommendations.
Reporting to the Nursing Manager, the RN also provides advice and emotional support to patients and their family members, educates patients and their families about various health conditions, and as needed to provide optimal care to the patient.
