Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse with Call My Doctorâ„¢ Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional healthcare services to our patients in Dubai. Working closely with our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing appointments and providing nursing care directly in patients' homes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Assessment and Care:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health conditions during home visits.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patients' needs and preferences.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and overall health status, adjusting care plans as necessary.

2. Appointment Management:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for doctor home visits, laboratory tests, PCR tests, nursing care, IV therapy, and other services.
- Communicate effectively with patients to confirm appointment times and provide necessary instructions.
- Ensure timely arrival at scheduled appointments, maintaining punctuality and professionalism at all times.

3. Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Communicate patient progress, concerns, and any significant changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and self-care practices.

4. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient assessments, care provided, and treatment outcomes.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and summaries for physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards regarding patient confidentiality and privacy.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
- Valid Registered Nurse license issued by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical nursing, preferably in home care or community health settings.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and proficiency in administering medications and treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care delivery.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing environments.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare documentation systems.
