Job Overview:
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent that aligns with our company's values and objectives. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and negotiating offers.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
-Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to effectively evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions.
