Black & Grey HR is currently recruiting for a prestigious developer in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is in search of an Arabic-speaking receptionist who exudes a positive attitude and possesses a delightful and affable personality. As a receptionist, your primary responsibility will be to provide professional and courteous assistance to visitors, clients, and employees. You will be the initial point of contact for individuals entering the organization, both in person and over the phone. Your role is vital in creating a warm and inviting environment while ensuring seamless communication among all parties involved.
As the receptionist, you will have the following key responsibilities:
Extend a warm welcome to visitors and guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Provide directions, answer general inquiries, and promptly notify the relevant personnel of visitor arrivals.
Handle incoming phone calls with friendliness and professionalism.
Assist callers by providing information, directing calls to the appropriate individuals, or taking messages when necessary.
Perform various administrative tasks, including managing appointments, scheduling meetings, and maintaining visitor logs.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary resources. This includes monitoring and replenishing office supplies such as brochures, forms, and informational materials.
Coordinate with different departments and personnel within the organization, relaying messages, scheduling appointments, and ensuring effective communication flow.
Verify visitor identification, issue visitor badges, and enforce security protocols.
Requirements- Bachelors degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in handling a busy reception or front office.
Proficiency in MS Office software.
Fluent in both spoken and written Arabic and English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
