About the Client:

A Dubai-based rental service offering cars, yachts, and water sports equipment.

Job Description:

Greet customers and assist with their rental needs, ensuring a positive experience.
Handle reservations, including bookings, modifications, and cancellations, and verify customer details.
Manage the check-in and check-out process, inspect vehicles, document damage, and complete paperwork.
Oversee vehicle availability, track inventory, and coordinate with maintenance to keep vehicles clean and ready.
Maintain accurate rental records, prepare reports, and assist with administrative tasks. Provide information on vehicle features, rental policies, and local attractions, and offer recommendations.

Qualifications:

Must have previous experience in customer facing role - hospitality, corporate or a similar/related industry.
Proficiency in using computer systems and rental management software.
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
