Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing clerical and administrative support to the team.

Qualifications

Phone etiquette, Receptionist duties, and Clerical skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software is a plus
Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
