A new and innovative brand of a well established Facilities Services Company in Dubai is looking for Receptionist cum Sales Admin Officer (Female)
Candidate should have Excellent command and highly proficient in spoken and written English. Well versed in Microsoft office required.
Job Responsibilities:
• Processing quotations for clients and doing regular follow-ups.
• Reporting daily sales results to the Manager.
• Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
• Booking meetings and ensure that Sales representatives/Account Managers involved are in contact or well informed.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations to clients.
• Processing staff time-sheets in the sales and operations department.
• Cold calling potential customers and selling the company’s products and services.
• Researching the target market and finding companies to target.
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities requirements.
