Receptionist Cum Accounts Assistant - Abu Dhabi

Required Office Receptionist with Husband's Sponsor Visa.

The role involves answering a call, assisting staff with their administrative requirement, looking after suppliers, printers, courier services for attestation of documents, monitoring International calls and Faxes in the office. Staff movements, etc.More details of responsibilities will be provided later. Skills Required: 1. Strong communication skills in English 2. Confident & with positive attitude towards work 3. Good computer skills / MS Word/Excel and Tally knowledge is a must 4. Knowledge of email etiquette & comfortable with internet terminologies 5. Good telephonic conversation skills with neutral accent 6. Maintain Front office neat and ability to work under pressure 7. Taking independent initiative Experience - Minimum 1 yrs exp (preferably in accounts exp.)
