About the role
We are currently looking for a bright, cheerful Arabic speaking lady to be our receptionist at our new Abu Dhabi offices. The Receptionist will be responsible for providing support in order to ensure that administration services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messagesAssist in the planning and preparation of meetingsAnswers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other informationWelcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnelManages both incoming and out going communication material including couriersScheduling and coordinating Interviews for both HR departments & visiting personnelReceives, sorts, and routes mail, and maintains and routes publicationsMaintains fax machines, assists users, sends / sorts faxes, and retrieves and routes incoming faxesMaintains an adequate inventory of office supplies & orders, receives, and maintains office supplies when requiredCreates and prints fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when necessary
Location and Salary The position will be based in our new offices in Abu Dhabi and will have a salary of AED 6-8, 000 per month + private medical + annual ticket.
