Receptionist - Dubai
Job Purpose: The Receptionist is responsible to meet, greet and direct Parents, Guests and Vendors to staff. The post holder will also provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support in in an effective and efficient manner. Main Account-abilities: Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the School Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed Provide general support to visitors. Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access monitor logbook, issue visitor badges Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments Assist in preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level anticipating needed supplies placing and expediting orders for supplies verifying receipt of supplies. Provide word-processing and secretarial support Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements calling for repairs maintaining equipment inventories. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, Travel arrangements. Job specification: Bachelors degree in any discipline Preferably Western candidates. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to communication effectively with both staff and members. Functional computer skills are required.
