Real Estate Staff Required in Dubai - Dubai

We are looking for a team player with excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal Real Estate Staff candidate will be motivated to learn about the real estate market and work as a part of a collaborative team. The applicant should also be comfortable interacting with customers as well as working independently.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service
Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers
Research, analyze, and assess real estate properties
Negotiate purchase and rental agreements with landlords and sellers
Help customers identify appropriate properties to purchase and rent
Ensure all paperwork related to transactions is completed and accurate
Navigate all regulatory obstacles related to property sales and rentals

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous Real Estate experience preferred
Strong professional communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated and driven
Problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
