Responsibilities

· As our Property Consultant, you will be responsible for providing clients with advice on investing in the property market, based on an analysis of the market and identification of the latest trends in it.

· Finding clients in need of consultancy services through calling, advertising, and business presentations.

· Keep up to date with market trends and best practices

· Networking, Referral closure, and client relationship building.

· Excellent Customer service skills

· In-depth Product Knowledge

· Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on the property value, discuss and follow up on opportunities with prospective buyers

Qualifications

RERA certified preferred
Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in real estate.
Sound knowledge of real estate laws.
Strong negotiation skills.
Goal oriented with a focus on personal development
Great Presentation and Interpersonal skills
Zeal and Hunger to be a millionaire
UAE DL & Own Car
