We are looking to expand our team of specialists and agents ! If you are a Real Estate Property Consultant in Dubai, we would love for you to join our growing team.
FED Real Estate is the ideal company for you! You'll be amongst a supportive team, in a friendly environment and a guided by a well put marketing plan.
Offer is basic salary 4-7 K AED + 50-60% commission - based on years of experience, stock of properties and outcome of interview.
We emphasize on the importance of proper presentation and ability to speak languages like English, Russian, Chinese, Arabic and Urdu.
Requirements:
Native, professional or bi-lingual speakers in Russian, English, Urdu, Chinese and Arabic is a Plus.
1-2 years of sales experience is a MUST.
Strong communication skills.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
RERA Certification is an advantage.
Ensure that company standards, protocols and procedures are well implemented to the Sales Consultant.
Pleasant and trustworthy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Finding, scouting, and identifying investors with property consultancy needs.
Keeping in touch with clients via calls, WhatsApp and emails to notify them of the consultancy services offer.
Securing a consulting deal by preparing and presenting business proposals to clients to convince them of his/her consultancy services.
Advertising, marketing, and promoting property vacancies to attract prospective tenants.
Carrying out thorough research and analysis of the real estate and/or property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability.
Overseeing and handling negotiations with real estate agents and/or realtors on behalf of clients.
Coordinate with the Admin all the listings on portals.
An agent and operators should share all marketing tools and identifying items that increase the expansion of our company as long as we all are parts of this organization.
All property consultants should improve their knowledge of the off- plan projects as per the management direction, and give the full feedback for each and every lead they receive to the team leader and high management.
For any property applied on portals, an agent should have all full documents to be verified, only verified listings will be approved on company portals.
