This is a full-time on-site role as a Real Estate Specialist at Viola Real Estate in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Real Estate Specialist, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to real estate, including customer service, real estate development, sales, and managing real property transactions.

Qualifications

Real Estate sales and customer service experience
Knowledge of real estate development processes
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Understanding of real property management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software
Relevant real estate certifications or licenses
Handle purchase, sale, and rental transactions of residential properties.
Collect and create marketing material for properties.
Stay updated on Dubai's residential property market regulations.
Conduct property valuations and viewings.
Negotiate with buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords.
Monitor transactions with support from our Sales Progression team.
Follow up with clients post-viewing.
Generate new business through networking and our database.
Liaise with banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, and other real estate agencies.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales and transactions in Dubai.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Professional, honest, and presentable.
Strong networking skills and a positive attitude.
UK/UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
Punctual and committed to company development.
