Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for managing real estate properties, developing associated real estate and service agreements, preparing sales contracts, arranging marketing and promotional activities to sell real estate properties, and providing exemplary customer service throughout the entire sales process.

Qualifications
Real Estate, Real Property, and Real Estate Development skills
Excellent Customer Service skills
Sales skills
Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements
Experience with CRM software and transaction management systems
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
