This role is for our brand new Real Estate entity
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, and assertive Real Estate Sale Manager to achieve sales targets on a consistent basis.
Job details
The role includes guiding team in prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair deal.
Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.
To develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.
Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals. Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
Ensure deal closure by guiding team to coordinate with the allied teams for necessary paperwork. All relevant documents to be verified, prior to processing a sale and ensuring the initial payments are collected within the stipulated time.
Knowledge of local demographic and economic trends to guide customers with integrity and build trust. Adhere and ensure compliance with the company guidelines and policies
Work Experience
Minimum 10 years of Real Estate experience
