Responsibilities
Managing the entire portfolio of commercial and residential real estate properties across Dubai
Preparing proposals and plans for leasing, renting and purchasing properties
Dealing with contracts and Government entities for property related matters

Skills & Experience
UAE real estate portfolio management experience is essential
Must have experience in purchasing, rental and leasing properties
UAE driving license is essential
Knowledge of RERA, DEWA and UAE Municipalities regulations and standards is essential
Must be physically fit and energetic
Must have excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
Must have experience of facilities and maintenance management
Experience of preparing plans and proposals for properties
Ability to deal with developers and property management companies

Education
Diploma or degree educated
