Real Estate-General Manager Required in Dubai

We are urgently looking for an experienced General Manager for our Real Estate Company.
Job Responsibilities:
Implements financial and operational initiatives, inspect building facilities, advise of changes to relevant legislation and identify business opportunities.
Develops property management division in Dubai.
Develops and build the property management portfolio and the property management team.
Develops and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives.
Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Inspects properties to ensure they're in good condition and attractive to the buyer.
Negotiates deals with contractors and service providers.
Finds business opportunities in new markets.
Develops effective strategies to enhance financial performance in a competitive industry.
Collaborates with social media specialists to build the company’s Web presence, expose your properties and engage with prospective buyers.
Requirements:
- Bachelors / Master’s Degree
-Valid UAE Driving License plus own car
-Gender no bar
-Must be based in Dubai
-Strong & Reliable land lord data base all over GCC
-Excellent negotiation skills
- Formal RERA Training
- UAE real estate management experience important, Ideal candidate should have significant experience in asset management, project management and facilities
- Large portfolio management experience
- Previous exposure to maintenance management is preferred
- Min 7 to 8 years’ experience in real estate business development with experience in Property Management(mandatory)
