Our real estate company is looking for a highly motivated and experienced broker to join our team in Dubai. As a broker, you will be responsible for managing and executing property sales and leases, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and market conditions.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients and properties for sale or lease
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay current with industry trends
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the transaction
Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales or leasing process
Collaborate with other brokers and agents within the company to share knowledge and resources
Qualifications
Experience in real estate brokerage
Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, including regulations and legal requirements
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
UAE driving license would be a bonus.
Knowledge of English, Russian; Chinese would be a bonus
Having your own lead generation would be a bonus, these kinds of deals will be conducted on even better conditions for the broker.
