Laguna Properties, the UAE-based luxury real estate brokerage firm, is offering an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and motivated professional in its Dubai office. Established in 2021 and headquartered in Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Laguna represents years of real estate industry knowledge with deep connections across all major developers and private investors.
The team is currently searching for a senior hire within the organization. The individual must be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, ambitious, highly presentable, and most importantly offer 2-3 years’ experience with assisting UHNW individuals.
Duties include:
• To achieve industry sales targets/KPIs set by the management team.
• Provide dedicated services to UHNW individuals to assist in purchasing and selling of primary and secondary Real Estate properties.
• Promote company exclusive developments and achieve minimum sales targets set.
• To be highly presentable and comfortable working in the luxury sector.
• Interview prospective purchasers and navigate their customer journey with exceptional service.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages and legal requirements.
• Obtain agreements from secondary market property owners to place properties for sale within UHNW residential communities and developments.
• Prepare documents such as the listing forms, marketing addendums and requirements, in accordance with Sales Administration policies.
• Ensure due diligence of above listing documents to comply with Dubai’s Land Department and Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) standards.
• Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective buyers.
