Real Estate Agent - Required in Dubai

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent - Russian Speaker to join our team in Dubai. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a client base, as well as managing property transactions from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a steady stream of business.
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with current trends and conditions in the Dubai real estate market.
List and market properties for sale or lease, and negotiate contracts with potential buyers or tenants.
Guide clients through the buying or leasing process, including conducting property tours and assisting with contract negotiations and paperwork.
Coordinate with other agents, brokers, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth transactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all property listings and transactions.
Attend networking events and build relationships with industry professionals to expand your client base.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
Proven track record of sales and/or leasing success.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including current trends, laws, and regulations.
Ability to work independently and manage your own client base.
Must be fluent in Russian & English
