We are a growing real estate agency in Dubai, seeking highly motivated and experienced real estate agents to join our team and specialize in secondary and off-plan sales. You will have the opportunity to represent some of the most exclusive and highly anticipated developments in the city, with unlimited earning potential through our commission-only structure.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the Dubai property market
Generate leads and actively prospect for potential clients interested in off-plan properties
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing professional guidance throughout the sales process
Showcase off-plan projects to potential clients, highlighting their unique selling points and investment opportunities
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all necessary documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and efficiently
Build and maintain a strong network of clients, developers, and industry professionals to expand business opportunities
Stay updated on sales targets and work towards achieving and exceeding them
Attend team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to continuously improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Proven track record in off-plan sales in the Dubai real estate market
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Familiarity with the Dubai property market and off-plan sales process
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
Preferably Agents should be Arabic / Russian / Chinese / French Speakers, Fluency in English is also mandatory
