Responsibilities:
- Help clients buy, sell, and rent properties
- Evaluate properties and determine market values
- Advertise and market properties to attract clients
- Conduct property showings and provide property tours
- Draft and submit purchase offers and rental agreements
- Negotiate contracts and terms with buyers and sellers
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on real estate transactions
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships
- Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a real estate agent
- A valid real estate license
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with real estate regulations and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
