Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their property needs and preferences
Show properties and provide clients with information on the local real estate market
Negotiate sales, purchases, and rental agreements on behalf of clients
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all real estate transactions
Network with other real estate agents, brokers, and industry professionals to stay informed on the latest market trends and opportunities
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Active real estate license in good standing
Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
