Duties and Responsibilities

You Will Be Responsible For

Developing and managing investors portfolio.
Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new property owners.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise business.
Maintaining communication with property owners after sign-on to assist them with their needs and questions to ensure landlord retention.
Responsible for follow ups, call backs, email replies, and meetings with potential landlords.
Managing the portfolio of our current landlords and being point of contact for them at all times.
Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly targets.
Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback
Searching for, contacting, meeting, doing presentations, negotiating, and closing management contracts with the Landlords.
Systematically managing leads, setting appointments, meeting with prospective landlords.
Assisting landlords with questions regarding reservations, work orders and monthly financial statements or any other questions.
Answering calls for rental requests and viewing.
Answering to landlord requests and inquiries via phone or email.

Qualifications:

-Degree in Business.

-Experience in Real Estate & specifically in holiday homes.

-Highly competitive communications skills.

-Experience or knowledge in hospitality.

-Valid working visa.
