Sales Property Consultant #Hiring
Job Roles:
· Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
· Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing #property for the right price under the best terms
· Follow-up with leads to increase sales
· Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
· Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then show properties that meet those needs
· Conduct open houses to promote agency listings
· Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
· Attract prospective clients to promote new business
· Have local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties, and the surrounding neighborhood
· Develop content for sales presentations and other materials
· Rent or lease properties on behalf of clients
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree (Minimum)
Requirements:
· Work experience in #RealEstate and proven track record of #propertyconsultant
· Ability to work with targets and commissions.
· Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Technology-driven
· Show good organizational and time management skills
· Possess a valid driving License
· A valid Real Estate License is necessary for the positions; we can help you get one!
