Real Estate Agent Required in Dubai

Conducting research on market trends to identify potential opportunities for investors
Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases
Coordinating inspections to ensure that properties meet legal standards for safety and habitability
Advertising properties for sale and for rent in print or online media, including listing them on multiple real estate websites
Maintain and manage customer/contact database emails and mailing lists
Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
Attend viewing and walk Buyers/Tenants through properties to convince them.
Negotiate with the client to ensure the best possible price
Reviewing offers made on properties and advise Sellers on whether to accept or reject.
Attend unit transfer and or handover to ensure that the contract is signed by all parties involved during transfer.
Generate and manage lists of properties for sale

Job Requirement:

· At least 5 years work experience as Real Estate Sales Agent in United Arab Emirates.

· Proven track of successful sales record

· Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively

· Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation

· Pleasing personality and good moral character

· Basic knowledge of MS Office

· Fluent in Arabic and English, additional other language is a plus

· Valid UAE driving license

· Valid license to practice the profession of real estate broker (RERA Certificate/ License)
