Real Estate Agent Required in Dubai

• Cold Call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.

• Initiate sales as well as marketing activities, including phone calls, e-mails, online postings plus face-to-face meetings, designed to identify and engage prospective new customers.

• Meet with clients to assess their property needs.

• Assist clients in process of buying, selling, and renting through site visits, viewings, and sales processes.

• Act as an intermediary for discussions between buyers and sellers.

• Advertise sales of properties using various mediums like open houses, multiple listing services, and networking.

• Keep up to date with new launches and projects.

• A high level of determination and work ethic.

• Ability to work independently, combined with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Motivated by high performance and earnings, but also giving great service.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Build good working relationships among Brokers and Clients.

• Understand the core values of the company and its goals.

• Marketing listings for clients for potential sale or rental.

• Keeping up to date with current offers with Developers on the existing and upcoming projects.

• Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential markets.

• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals.

Preferred Skills:

• Good communication skills

• Preferably at least 6 months of experience in the Real Estate Industry.

• English and Arabic.
