1) You Must Have A Minimum of ONE Years experience in the Dubai Real Estate Market.

2) You Must have a data base of clients that you have successfully sold, and keep in continued contact with.

3) You Must adhere to our corporate standards of client management through our custom CRM system.

In combination to these basic standards, I require spoken and written fluency in the fallowing languages.

Now you must be wondering what your remuneration package will be, and here it is.

• 60% to company & 40% to you (For All Leads provide by AX Capital)

• 65% to you & 35% to company (For Any Leads developed indipendently)

The name of the Game is (Consistency), should you be one of the top tier agents that closes 9 to 12 deals a month for Six months or more, your corporate lead deals have a potential of reaching a 50% - 50% commission split.
