REAL ESTATE AGENT REQUIRED IN DUBAI

Looking for Real Estate agent with experience in dealing real estate markets.

* Must have at least 3 years’ experience in UAE
• Finding new clients, ability to generate own leads through own strong network base
• Maintain regular contact with Developer, landlords, investors, tenants, and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones
• Achieving Sales Targets
• Arranging presentations and meetings to promote the property
• Good understanding of the Real Estate market in Dubai
• Making appointments and showing buyers around the properties
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details, and during the closing of sales.
* Must capable of independently closing deals and good in Sales
* Must have a strong knowledge of Real Estate market
* Fluent in English (additional language is a plus)
* Open for any nationality
* Presentable & well-groomed at all times
* Professional with strong work ethics and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and marketing skills
• Self-motivation and driven
• Target Driven, Motivation for sales

Salary and commission will be discussed in interview.

Preferred have UAE Job Experience as a Accountant
Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Intermediate understanding of accounting and reporting standards, gaining experience in researching as it relates to accounting issues

2. Hotel Manager
1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or relevant field. 2. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel management or similar role. 3. Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and data entry software. 4. Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills. 5. Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to detail.
