REAL ESTATE AGENT REQUIRED IN DUBAI - Dubai

Our company is growing rapidly and we are now looking for another agent to join our team.

Job Description:
-Respond to new leads in a timely manner, and maintain consistent follow up to convert into appointments.

-Manage all leads in contact database system, set and complete tasks in the system, and track all client communications.

-Stay up to date with the real estate market and educate clients.

-Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood.

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability.
Candidates must be organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service.

Required Work Experience:
-Real Estate experience in UAE market preferred but not mandatory.

-2 Years Sales experience in UAE market is a MUST.

-Valid UAE driver’s license and self-owned car is a MUST.

-Can communicate fluently English. Additional languages would be an added advantage.

-Self-motivated, great team player and goal oriented.
Strong knowledge of Dubai Real Estate market preferred.

-Honest, Ethical and Compliant.Good communication skills and presentable.

-Should have a positive attitude be good at handling rejections.

-Should have knowledge in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook and knowledge of Internet, Email and Social Media.

-RERA Broker ID and Certification is a PLUS

Minimum Education:
High School / College
