We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a commission-based agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Your success will be rewarded with uncapped earning potential.
WE ARE SEARCHING AGENTS WHO CAN CLOSE OFF- PLAN AND SECONDARY DEALS
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties in Dubai
Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients.
Build and maintain a strong client network through relationship-building and consistent follow-ups.
Market properties through various platforms, including social media, online listings, and open houses.
Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and competitive landscape in Dubai.
Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms to achieve successful transactions.
Manage and update property listings and client databases.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales or real estate (advanced)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and marketing abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with local market trends, regulations, and laws
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and other industry tools
MUST SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL ADVANTAGE (ARABIC,RUSSIAN ,FARSI,CHINESE )
Commission Structure:
- Earn up to 50 to 70 % commission on each sale
- Uncapped earning potential
- Commission will provide on the same day
