Real Estate Agent Required in Dubai - Dubai

Responsibilities

Job Specification:

- A set of property-owner listings will be handed to you. You will have to manage
relationships with the owners
- New buyer-enquiries will be passed to you every week. Call the buyers and
establish a relationship

- Do property viewings
- Help the inhouse mortgage team to establish a relationship with the client so a
mortgage solution is created
- Negotiate between buyer and seller till an acceptable agreement is established
- Organize an MOU between buyer and seller
- Work with the mortgage team to ensure the mortgage approval and related process
are managed
- Work with the conveyancing-team who will manage the progression from signing of
the MOU till transfer
Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proven record of achieving sales targets
- Essential to have had 1-2 years experience in Sales
- Willing to join immediately
- Positive and hardworking attitude
- Should have a valid UAE Driving license
