Handle all Site Supervision Activities.
All Kind of finishing work, Block work, plastering, Floor tiling , Wall Tiling ,paint ,Gypsum Ceil-ing Finishes, Gypsum Partition Finishes, Timber Floor Finish & Door Hardware Finishes.
Preparing Schedules for Projects & checking Subcontractors
Preparing Documents Reports using MS OFFICE & DESIGN SOFTWEAR (AUTO CAD) For Draw-ings.
-Analyze, implement and review the Architect Finishes, IFC Design plans and General Arrange-ment Shop drawings.
Manage independently and effectively all site work.
Daily Supervision of site works with daily progress Reports.
Coordinating with the Project Engineer, Construction manager, & PM (PROJECTS MANAGER) in Main Office.
Checking & Approval of on-site Work.
Preparing & submitting weekly / monthly progress Reports
Going to Site Meetings with Subcontractor’s to solve Problems
Clarification of Construction Documents, Specifications & Drawings as & when Required.
Checking final inspection on site with Client & Consultant.
Checking all Shop Drawings Latest Revisions before execution of Work.
Checking with Land Survey in the Sites for Marking Layout and for Levels According to Latest General Arrangement Shop Drawings.
Calculations and Calculating the Quantities of Materials for Sites.
Requesting Material from to the Plant.
Checking all safety precaution in the site.
Giving instruction to FORMEN Regarding the JOB.
Solving the Unexpected Technical Problems in Site.
To check the quality and monitoring the job at the site.
Control Manpower under working and assign task for next day
