Client Bills Preparation and Submitting, Checking, approving with concerned Client’s. Submission of Bill- 1st of Every Month.
Rate analysis of extra items.
Reconciliation’s of all materials.
Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports.
Co-ordination with client, contractor, landlord, and consultant.
Physical measurement of quantities and tracking the productivity.
Entering Client bills & Sub Contractor bills in ERP.
Drawings receiving and issuing maintaining registers up to date including Structure Drawings.
Maintaining a proper track of the drawings, which are received Ensuring that the all the void are returned before the issue of the new revisions.
Payments following and receiving their corporate finance offices.
Verification of contractor's running & final bills as per contract condition.
Maintain the vendor records.
