o Prepares cost estimates as required.
o Preparation of measurement sheets and assists in quantity take-off for tenders.
o Prepare Reinforcement schedule for estimating
o Assist in estimation of direct costs for tenders.
o Monitors and records site progress and keep records of day works.
o Checks the allocation of manpower and productivity.
o Prepares comparison sheets for quotations from Suppliers and Subcontractors.
o Preparation of payments for Subcontractors and Suppliers.
o Assist in claims preparation in coordination with the Project Manager/Director.
o Prepares monthly progress payments.
