Quantity survey Interior Design - Dubai
Prepare bill of quantities including tender and documents, as per the inquiry/requirements of the client. Acknowledgment of all the email receipt s/ inquiries from the client and communications. Prepare and maintain the documents of the quoted projects/ tenders follow ups. Tracking and maintaining the records of variations and additional requirements of all ongoing projects. Arrange minimum three quotations as per the BOQ, if required. Conduct the site survey, if required. Maintaining and raising the invoices with delivery notes as per the project proceeding to the client. Issue the job orders to work shop as per the standard procedures and keep / maintain the records. Maintain the status weekly ongoing project status records. Required performance: Assist in establishing clients requirements and undertake achievability studies. Identify and evaluates outcomes and write detailed progress reports.
