KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations
• Research suppliers and source quotation in line with ISO standards and structure of corporate regulatory procedures.
• Brief agencies and vendors with precision on campaign targets, detailing brand identity and negotiating campaign scope.
• Establishing consistent communication with management and major principals throughout campaigns for reporting and ramifications.
• Correspond with various subsidiaries and departments in order to achieve timely and thorough execution.
• Track and organize reports of each campaign and overall departmental activities.
Events
• Negotiate with organizers to obtain best value and exposure for group and/or subsidiaries
• Establish action plans outlining operational connectors detailing completion dates and assignment of responsibilities.
• Survey vendors to standard and budget, management approvals of proofs, and appropriate delivery.
• Organize deliveries from suppliers and departments for materials, samples, and supplies.
• Use critical thinking forecasting to avoid delay and setbacks
• Communicate with all principals to ensure systematic flow
Media & PR
• As per strategy requirements, source opportunities for corporate communication or objective to increase brand message
• Evaluate dissemination prospects and present to management ROI resolve of value
• Work with designers to compose artwork with appropriate measure and attain management approvals
• Correlate with head office on all major campaigns and PR with contentious stream of information
Digital
• Maintain viral communications prospects in effective and up to date manner
• Manage execution of progressive feats in an aggressive and viable disposition
• Digital productions with suppliers adhering to requirements of content
• Updates to website and social media platforms as they become available.
Print Collateral and Sales Tools
• Work with suppliers in the build of content and design as needed
• Brief appropriately and ability for constructive communication of requirement
• Continuous follow-up to ensure delivery to standard including proofing, print viewing, and organization.
Brand Management, SCR, & Sponsorship
• Ensure brand identity and values are correlated across activities and exposure as per requirement.
• Maintain synergy between subsidiaries to augment conglomerate value
