Overall more than 19 years of experience in Hotel operation. specializing in Hotel procurement & Food Beverage – section, Inventory control, Store Management,Cost Control, Cash Management, Accounting & Finance. Extensive experience in F & B Dept.
Expertise in preparation of Hotel financial statements, creditors ledger, general accounts and related documents and good knowledge in all procedures of the hotel operation.

Train and supervise the work of other members of staff.
