We are looking for a Property Manager who is responsible for overseeing the hole property process and upkeep tenant satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Oversee, maintain, and inspect all properties.
Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with all relevant laws, codes, and company policies.
Select tenants through interviews and background checks
Collect rent, pay invoices, and analyze operating statements
Prepare the annual budget and report on financial performance regularly
Manage on-site staff, and vendor and contractor relationships
Address tenant complaints, violations, and problems
Prepare and maintain all records, correspondence, and files
Establish and maintain relationships with tenants
Manage the process of negotiating leases, acquiring new business opportunities based on prevailing market rates, evaluation of properties, lease rents and available properties to optimize business performance and support the achievement of overall business objectives and targets.
Develop the Leasing & Marketing strategy, in coordination with the General Manager, ensuring alignment to the objectives and strategies of the organization.
Participate in the development of the policies and procedures framework that will allow the function to effectively meet its objectives and targets
Effectively manage the marketing activities and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business strategies and manage agent registration and broker management process for smooth listing of our properties
Ideal Profile
You have at least 1 year experience in Sales, ideally in Real Estate, or relevant experience in Real Estate Consulting.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organized and able to multi-task effectively.
You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
You have your own car as you will need it for the property visits.
As you will be interacting with clients in Abu Dhabi, proficiency in Arabic and English is essential.
