PROPERTY MANAGER REQUIRED IN DUBAI

We are looking for a Portfolio Manager/Property Manager to work with us to launch and grow our property management arm.

This is a full turn-key role and is ideal for a current property manager to take the step up to growing their own team and expand the division.

This is open to existing Property/Portfolio Managers only!

- Generate new business and actively target owners to get them on board
- Oversee all facility management/maintenance issues
- Ensure system is updated with all owners/tenants documents and details
- Draft new tenancy contracts, collect rental cheques
- Check in/Check out reports
- Inventories
- Liaising with both parties on deposit returns
- Negotiate terms on new tenancy contract
- Creation of accounts for landlords on all managed properties
- Strong communication skills and be able to handle complaints well
- Work closely with the leasing team to ensure full occupancy rates

Requirements:
- Minimum 1/2 years as a Property/Portfolio Manager
Full UAE driving license
- Strong communication skills
- Strong computer skills, excel, MS

Strong salary + Commission on offer, flexible dependent on experience.
