We are seeking to hire a Talented Deputy Property Manager with around 2-5 Years UAE Real Estate Experience. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue. The candidate will have to handle the following Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of assigned properties.
• Design business plans for assigned properties that suit customers’ needs.
• Liaising with government and industry departments as a when required e.g. DLD, Ejari, DEWA, the rent committee, Dubai Land Department, Notary, RERA & Dubai Courts.
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards.
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants.
• Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner.
• Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants.
• Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data, and trends.
• Update all tenant/landlord information into the in house property management system in an accurate and timely manner.
• Oversee properties’ personnel and assess their performance.
Skills
• Proven working experience as a Leasing/Rental Consultant would be a serious advantage
• Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects.
• Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software.
• Customer focus and bottom-line orientation.
• Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
• Well organized with excellent time management skills.
• Valid real estate agent/broker license from RERA.
• Valid property management license RERA.
• Track record in Sales (in Real Estate) displaying the ability to onboard new clients.
