Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
Promote and sell our diverse property management services to both local and international clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, ideally within property management or real estate.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Must be self-motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed.
