Responsibilities
Manage the company's real estate portfolio, making sure all properties are operating at maximum efficiency.
Determine the sales & rental negotiate agreements.
Acquisition of properties for sale and rent.
Providing customers with assistance throughout the entire sales process.
Prepare necessary documentation to complete transactions.
Continue to develop network to become an area specialist in your community.
Keep up to date with market trends and best practices.
Be updated on all topmost developer projects.
Conduct research and analysis of the property market.
Identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin.
Scout and identify investors with property consultancy needs.
Schedule property viewing with the potential clients.
Prepare a daily action plan and set a regular target.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market, laws, and policies.
Proven track record of sales success.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
sales experience dealing with high-net-worth clients.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a successful team.
Qualifications
Available to start work immediately.
Graduate degree with home country & UAE attested.
Must have a valid UAE driver’s license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Real Estate field.
Knowledge of sales techniques in a sales role preferably within the UAE
Strong negotiation skills-experience in offering expert customer service.
Ability to work independently with great dedication.
Strong communication skills – written and spoken English is a must, Arabic is a plus.
Must be presentable, have a professional attitude and like to work as part of a large team.
