Property Administrator Required in Dubai

Harbor Real Estate is currently looking for an experienced Property Administrator. We are looking for candidates who excel at administering a residential and commercial portfolio with solid maintenance management know-how.

Job Summary:

· Follow client renewals contracts, letters regarding lease obligations and expiry notices

· Administer and follow up on payments post-dated cheques, deposit slips, bounce cheque

· Follow up with tenant complaints

· Liaise with tenants for move in / out

· Keep log of maintenance related queries and follow up with third party vendors

· Update MIS reports

· Follow standard procedures for tenancy and renewals

· Review and calculate service fees based on RERA approved budget.

· Coordinate with property managers / supervisors to handle lease complete lease and handover management if assigned for a specific project / area, DEWA security charges, connections, Ejari registration and access keys/cards

· Maintain inventory reports along with market analysis and marketing the properties

· Liaise and submit all receipt vouchers for rent / Ejari / management fee to Harbor accounts and issue invoices to clients as required

· Carry out any other tasks assigned specific to the portfolio or as assigned by the management

Education & Training

· Degrees in Business Administration or equivalent

· A good understanding of UAE Laws and Regulations

· Ejari Registration

· 1-2 years of property administrator experience is preferable

· Time management skills

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and Property Management software

· Be self-starting, energetic and organized

Preference will be given to the candidates who are available immediately with Driving License + Car.
