PROJECT SECRETARY - Sharjah
JOB DECRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Word processing
Internal & external correspondence handling
Dealing with telephone and email inquiries
Creating and maintaining filing systems
Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes;
Keeping diaries and arranging appointments;
Organizing travel for staff
Using a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain records, presentations, spreadsheets and databases;
Liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation
Organizing and storing paperwork, documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues
Recruiting, training and supervising junior staff and delegating work as required
Arranging in-house and external events

Required education:
Diploma/Certificate
Required experience:
Administration: 2 years
Secretary: 2 years
But only those working closely or with direct supervision of top management preferred.
