Project Plumbing Engineer - Sharjah

Required Experience:

• The ideal Candidate should have exposure in working of MEP services
• At least 10 years of overall experience at least 5 years in UAE
• Should be a design engineer, site supervision experience shall be an added advantage
• UAE Driving license and own car

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the use of Autodesk Revit tools to present design and engineering solutions for all projects.
• Provide leadership in research, planning, design and development of building engineering systems, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing and electrical, by providing guidance and instruction to the designated engineers
• Proficiency in the design of sustainable Plumbing & Fire Protection systems including technical knowledge of hydraulics, piping systems, pumps and equipment.
• Conceptual and final designs, cost estimates, and engineering calculations.
• Evaluate preliminary designs and calculations of MEP systems to satisfy target requirements
• Contribute to the effective functioning of the team by identifying with and participating in the attainment of team objectives, communicating and sharing knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the project manager
• Document all designs in accordance with requirements of design practice manuals.
• Build understanding of design, construction and project management concepts
• Manage own continuous development and support the development of colleagues.
• Maintain Client focus in the delivery of services of the team
• Thorough knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and related engineering software

Qualification:

• Graduate (B.E. Mechanical)
• Should have excellent communication in both verbal and written
