PROJECT ENGINEER - Dubai
1) Analyzing of project in technical and commercial as per the drawings & specification.
2) Preparation of Technical Submittal & Shop Drawing for Approval.
3) Preparation of complete material list of the project from the bill of materials & Drawings.
4) Prepare material requisitions, coordinate and review vendor drawings.
5) Tracking the materials from vendor and getting it on time for running a smoother project.
6) Preparation of Handing Over documentation (As built, operation and maintenance manual, etc.)
7) Co-ordination with Consultant for the Field and Material Inspection for the completion of the projects.
8) Execution & Supervision of All Electrical & Mechanical System.
9) To develop a relationship with the Project Manager and prepare periodical reports and billing on the progress of work.
10) MEP coordination & project supervision as per project specifications.
11) Site Inspection and sharing technical information with Engineers and project team.
12) Completing and reviewing as-built documentation.
13) Generate installation work packages for scopes of work in support of the construction schedule.
14) Assure that materials are stored properly to ensure environmental protection.
15) Provide direction and support to the Superintendent, General Foreman and Craft within the area.
16) Develop and implement Inspection and Test Plans for each major electrical activity
17) Progressively perform inspections and initiate associated documentation for all electrical system installations, especially related to single line and schematic wiring diagrams, equipment and cable schedules, load lists and calculations, switchgear, switchboards, distribution boards, transformers, generators, and power and control wiring and terminations
18) Ensuring all installations are per latest revisions of design drawings, specifications, standards and codes
19) Executing field material takeoffs from "Issued For Construction" drawings, providing input to the quantity tracking applications and reporting on weekly installed quantities to Project Controls for all electrical commodities
20) Assist electrical superintendents and craft in constructability and quality issues.
21) Installation & commissioning of 33kv HT Panel, 2000 KVA Dry Type Transformers, 3200A & 2500A Bus duct, 1250A Raising Mains, MV Panels, Floor Panels, Distribution Boards etc.
22) Calculating total load of the premises and planning the rating of transformers, DG’s, etc.
23) Installation & commissioning of 2.2 MVA ONAN Type Transformer ,45kva Dry Type Transformers , Auxiliary Panels , 1000 KW Inverter, String Combiner Box in Solar
24) Pile Foundation concrete ting work with all Mechanical structure work for Mounting Solar PV Modules
25) Testing and commissioning of String Combiner box in solar
26) Dc and Ac side Knowledge In Solar project
27) Preparing Quality Check list and Project documentation work.
28) Project Billing Work.
