Production Supervisor - Dubai
Male, 25-40 y.o. with the experience in the same field.
Company provides visa, accommodation, transportation, health insurance and annual ticket to home country. Basic Salary is 5000 - 8000 AED.
Mane duty:
• Analyze production targets and breakdown into objectives for each workstation per shift - planning and organizing the shift employees in achieving daily Production targets.
• Monitor and ensure that all personnel adhere to work instructions and procedures
• Responsible for optimizing machine efficiencies, controlling wastage and determining and analyzing yield.
• Ensure HACCP/ISO/YUM/BRC system implementation and upkeep.
• Responsible for Site Hygiene and Housekeeping and disposal of by products (waste) and waste water and re cycled items.
• Ensure employee development – Training and mentoring and providing skills development requirements to Factory Manager.
• Increase employee moral and be able to handle queries of shift workers and request relative to personal health related matters, accommodation, yearly leave request.
• Ensure that Health and Safety procedures are adhered to. Conduct safety instruction relative to personal protective equipment and safe handling of departmental tools and machines, i.e. safe knife handling.
• Monitor attendance and Employee time Management and ensuring weekly timesheets are correct.
• Participate in the maintenance of operational controls and compliance with HACCP audit and regulatory guidelines for all activities.
• Ensure customer – service levels by producing quality products within the agreed timeframes.
• Ensure customer complaints are investigated and corrective action is completed.
• Assist in the implementation of ad-hoc projects, as and when asked.
